As President and CEO of Katie Rigsby Inspires, LLC, Katie has become one of the multifamily industry's most trusted educators, consultants, and speakers. She has delivered more than 500 presentations across 26 states, and educated over 30,000 multifamily professionals through partnerships with apartment associations, management companies, and industry suppliers. Whether she's leading a credential program, delivering a conference keynote, facilitating leadership development, or consulting with organizations, her mission remains the same: to help multifamily professionals recognize their potential and equip them with practical tools to succeed.

Katie's expertise comes from more than the classroom. It comes from experience. Beginning her career as a Leasing Professional in 2000, she advanced through operational roles including Property Manager, Regional Supervisor, Marketing Manager, Company Trainer, and senior executive responsible for multimillion-dollar budgets, over 200 employees, and a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, hotels, and retail properties.

Her leadership journey has been marked by significant milestones. At just 31 years old, Katie became the youngest President of her local apartment association. One year later, she assumed full operational and fiscal responsibility as General Manager for an owner's real estate portfolio. While those achievements were significant, they reinforced a belief that continues to guide her work today: everyone deserves opportunities to learn, grow, and lead.

At age 34, Katie founded Katie Rigsby Inspires, LLC to give back to an industry that had invested so much in her. The company's mission is to enhance the multifamily industry by educating and inspiring professionals to reach their highest potential. Guided by the values of integrity, honesty, fun, service, care, and trustworthiness, Katie strives to create meaningful learning experiences that produce real results.

Katie serves as an NAAEI Advanced Facilitator, contributes to national curriculum development and credential initiatives, is a licensed Louisiana Realtor, and is a professional member of the National Speakers Association. She is widely recognized for her expertise in Fair Housing, leadership, sales, customer experience, communication, and relationship-building.

Known for her authentic style, relatable stories, and infectious energy, Katie believes that learning should be an experience, not a session. Inspired by Ralph Smedley's philosophy that "We learn best during times of enjoyment," she creates engaging programs that combine humor, participation, and practical strategies audiences can immediately apply. She believes every person already possesses the tools for success. Her role is to help them discover those strengths, ignite their confidence, and inspire them to continue growing long after the program ends.
